The most-awaited update has just dropped! The first look poster of Ajith’s long-awaited film Vidaamuyarchi has been released. The makers of the film took to their social media handles to share the most exciting first-look poster of Kollywood’s Thala. The new poster exudes stylish vibes, as Ajith embodies his chic style in an all-black outfit. 

The makers of the film shared the new look and wrote, “Presenting the much-awaited first look of #VidaaMuyarchi. Brace yourselves for a gripping tale where perseverance meets grit.” The poster also showcases Ajith towering in a deserted place in Azerbaijan.

Looks like the actor is all set to present a gripping narrative of perseverance as the actor is ready to deliver a banger performance for his next!

Though fans were expecting the makers to drop the release date along with the first-look poster, the makers haven't given away a lot in the poster, keeping the Diwali release plans still under wraps.

Vidaamuyarchi shoot update

As per the latest reports, the Ajith-starrer has entered the last stages of its shooting schedule. Sources close to the team have revealed that the makers are planning to wrap up shooting by July 2024. Currently, the shooting of the film is taking place in Azerbaijan and will move to India soon. Almost 80 percent of the production of Vidaa Muyarchi is said to have been completed. The makers are aiming for a Diwali release. If things go as planned, Thala fans can expect to watch the action thriller film on the big screens this Diwali.

Written and directed by by Magizh Thirumeni, the upcoming film is touted to be an action thriller. As reported earlier, the OTT rights to Vidaa Muyarchi have been acquired by Netflix. Ajith plays the lead role in the movie, which also stars Trisha Krishnan, Arjun Sarja, Regina Cassandra, and Arav in other pivotal roles. Anirudh Ravichander has composed the songs and original score for the movie, while Nirav Shah is the cinematographer. The film is bankrolled by the prestigious banner Lyca Productions.
