Happy birthday, SJ Suryah! On the special occasion of the versatile Tamil actor's birthday, the makers of Chiyaan Vikram’s upcoming film, Veera Dheera Sooran, took to social media to release the character poster of the actor. Sharing the new poster, the makers wrote, "Wishing the incredible actor and director @iam_SJSuryah sir a very happy birthday from the team of #VeeraDheeraSooran. Your hard work and passion continue to inspire us all! Here's to more amazing performances.”

The new character poster shows the Tamil actor in a cop avatar, looking menacing as the antagonist of the film. The actor sports a mid-part hairstyle and gives an intense side pose. On his police uniform, we can see his character's name – A. Arunagiri. 

Directed by Chithha's SU Arun Kumar, the film will see Vikram’s character face off with SJ Suryah’s character.

Veera Dheera Sooran, the upcoming action drama, stars Chiyaan Vikram as a fearless gangster named Kaali. According to the title teaser, Vikram's character runs a supermarket but is a feared man in his locality. 

It was earlier revealed that the film will be split into two parts. Director SU Arun Kumar is shooting both parts at a stretch and aims to release the films at intervals, without adding extra costs or production delays.

Besides Vikram, Veera Dheera Sooran also stars Dushara Vijayan, SJ Suryah, and Malayalam actors Suraj Venjaramoodu and Siddique in pivotal roles. Bankrolled by Riya Shibu under the HR Pictures banner, the film’s technical crew consists of GV Prakash Kumar, who has scored the music, with Theni Eswar and Prasanna GK handling the cinematography and editing, respectively.

Following the success of Chithha (2023), the anticipation surrounding SU Arun Kumar’s film with Vikram is high among fans who wish to see Vikram don a different role in this action drama.
