The Raja Saab: Makers unveil 'King of Swag' Prabhas' poster, reveal teaser release date; fans can't keep calm

Ahead of pan-Indian icon Prabhas' 45th birthday, fans have been bombarding the makers of his upcoming horror-comedy film, The Raja Saab, with requests for an update. To the delight of all the fans, the makers have unveiled a new poster of the Telugu superstar!

Sharing the poster, the makers also hinted that an exciting update, potentially a teaser will be revealed on the actor's birthday, October 23, 2024. Unveiling the dapper new poster of the actor, they wrote, "Cool composure with a presence that dominates. The King of Swag is here to bring you a MASSIVE treat with his UNMATCHED AURA. Stay tuned to welcome him in a KING-SIZED way on 23rd Oct."

The new poster features the pan-Indian icon Prabhas in an urban, cool look, sporting a checkered jacket and T-shirt, paired with black shades. The actor stands exuding swag vibes. The surprise treat has sent Prabhas' fans into a frenzy as they eagerly await his entertaining avatar in The Raja Saab on his birthday!

Earlier, the makers unveiled the first look of Prabhas from the upcoming horror-comedy entertainer, which received a massive reception. The glimpse shows an ever-charming Prabhas dressed in a stylish purple jacket suit and wearing black sunglasses, arriving in a vintage pastel-colored car while holding a bouquet of flowers. Upon stepping out, he strikes a playful pose, admiring his reflection in a mirror. The teaser hints at a mix of horror, romance, and comedy, promising an entertaining drama.

Directed by Maruthi, the movie stars Malavika Mohanan and Nidhhi Agerwal as the female leads. According to an earlier leaked synopsis, Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt will play the role of Prabhas' grandfather, who returns as a ghost. The storyline centers on how Sanjay Dutt's spirit influences the course of Prabhas' life. On the technical front, Thaman S has composed the original background score and soundtracks, Karthik Palani is handling the cinematography, and Kamal Kannan is in charge of the film's VFX.

The Raja Saab is slated to be released on April 10, 2024.
