    On the much-awaited day, fans across the globe have flocked to theaters to celebrate Thalapathy Vijay’s highly anticipated film, The Greatest of All Time. While Thalapathy fans have been rejoicing to see their idol on the big screen, what took them by surprise were the unexpected cameo appearances by various prominent stars. From actors to cricketers, here is the complete list of all the cameo appearances in Thalapathy Vijay’s The Greatest of All Time that created all the whistle-worthy moments in theaters! 

    MS Dhoni

    Earlier, there were several speculations about Indian cricket star MS Dhoni making a cameo appearance in The GOAT. It has now been confirmed, as Chennai Super Kings star cricketer is seen making a short but significant appearance towards the climax of the film. Although Dhoni does not have any dialogues, the glimpse of him looking at Vijay’s character as he steps inside the stadium for one of his matches in the Indian Premier League (IPL) is shown in the film. 

    Trisha Krishnan

    Among other cameo rumors, Trisha Krishnan indeed makes a dance appearance alongside Thalapathy Vijay in the song titled 'Matta.' Vijay and Trisha, who are one of the most beloved on-screen couples in Kollywood, delighted the fans with their energetic performance. The peppy dance number reminded everyone of their iconic dance number 'Appadi Podu' from the film Ghilli. 

    Sivakarthikeyan

    The Tamil actor’s appearance in The GOAT has taken the internet by storm. He has a brief stint in the film, appearing in a washroom sequence where he shares screen space with Thalapathy Vijay himself. Fans got excited when Vijay tasks him with looking after the antagonist, Mic Mohan, while he tries to locate a bomb planted in the stadium. While asking him to ensure Mic Mohan doesn’t escape, Vijay hands him a gun and tells him, "Now the lives of the 1000 people in the stadium lie in your hands." Fans went wild over the line, believing that the dialogue hints at Thalapathy Vijay passing on his crown as the superstar of Kollywood to rising star Sivakarthikeyan.  

    Vijayakanth

    As confirmed earlier, the film pays tribute to the late actor-politician Captain Vijayakanth, through AI. The entry sequence of the actor’s character had fans rejoicing in theaters. 

    Ajith

    Director Venkat Prabhu had earlier hinted at a surprise element involving Thala Ajith in the film. The film contains several references to Ajith, which have left both Thala and Thalapathy fans screaming in joy.
