Happy Birthday Sanjay Dutt! On the Bollywood star’s birthday, the makers of his upcoming Telugu flick Double iSmart unveiled a special video dedicated to the actor. Sharing the BTS video of the actor from the sets of the Ram Pothineni-starrer sequel. The makers wrote, “Wishing our dearest and everyone’s favourite @duttsanjay a spectacular birthday. Can’t wait to present you as the fiercest BIG BULL in #DoubleIsmart on the big screens this AUGUST 15th.”

The new BTS video features Sanjay Dutt in his killer avatar from the film, spending time on the sets of Double iSmart along with leading man Ram Pothineni and director Puri Jagannadh. The video also showcases a series of shots of the actor's fight and dance sequences from the film, which have now left fans eager to witness the veteran Bollywood icon’s presence in the upcoming Telugu actioner. 

As per the makers, Sanjay Dutt is all set to essay the role of ‘Big Bull,’ who promises to offer his fiercest avatar yet to Tollywood and Bollywood fans. The actor’s menacing look has grabbed the attention of fans, who speculate that he must be playing the antagonist in the film. 

Ram Pothineni and Sanjay Dutt to lock horns in Double iSmart

The trailer for Double iSmart reintroduces Shankar (Ram Pothineni) as a badass character. However, unlike the first instalment, the new glimpse hints at a major face-off between Shankar and Sanjay Dutt’s character, who describes himself as the Big Bull. Overall, the film promises to be a mass entertainer.

Double iSmart OTT partner

According to the latest reports, the digital rights for Ram Pothineni's film have been sold to Amazon Prime Video for a whopping Rs 33 crore. The film’s production team shared that the OTT giant has acquired the film’s digital rights, and it will be available for streaming in multiple languages after its theatrical run. 

Directed by Puri Jagannadh, Kavya Thapar is the female lead in the movie while Bani J, Ali, Getup Sreenu, Sayaji Shinde, Makrand Deshpande, and Temper Vamsi play other key roles. Double iSmart will be released in theaters in multiple languages, including Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, and Kannada, on August 15.
