Singham Again: Arjun Kapoor joins Ranveer Singh and Ajay Devgn in Rohit Shetty’s cop universe as a 'shaitaan'

The cop universe is undoubtedly one of the most prized possessions of ace filmmaker and action king Rohit Shetty. Audiences can never get enough and each installment in this universe seems to get bigger and better with time. In fact, he has already announced that his next release Singham Again will be ‘10 times bigger’ than the first Singham. We were expecting this when he announced the stellar star cast. Ajay Devgn will reprise his beloved character of DCP Bajirao Singham while Akshay Kumar will be back as DCP Veer Sooryavanshi. Meanwhile Ranveer Singh will return as ACP Sangram Bhalerao aka Simmba. Well, the villain has now been unveiled!

You read that right. Rohit and his team of on-screen cops have now introduced the world to the biggest baddie we have seen in the universe till date– Arjun Kapoor! Sharing his first look, which sent chills down our back, Rohit wrote: “Insaan galati karta hai, aur usse uski saza bhi milti hai… Lekin ab jo aayega, wo shaitaan hai! CAN I SAY - INTRODUCING ARJUN KAPOOR! #SinghamAgain.” Arjun looks deadly as he smiles, with blood splattered all over his face. In another snap from the set, he comes face to face with Ranveer aka Simmba. Interestingly, the two celebrate 10 years of their film Gunday today!

Welcoming him onboard, Ranveer shared, “MY BABA BADDEST !!! 💀🗡️🩸” Meanwhile Arjun took to his official handle to state: “Singham ka villain! Feeling on top of the world being a part of hit-machine Rohit Shetty sir’s cop universe! I promise you there will be mayhem 🚨💥😈#SinghamAgain.” Well, fans obviously can’t keep calm and are now lauding Arjun’s menacing first look as a ‘shaitaan’. For instance, one netizen shared, “This villainous look is blazing guns”, whereas another comment under Rohit’s official announcement read: “Giving me major goosebumps…”
