The intriguing glimpse begins with a young Nani, who says that his patience has worn out and his tears have dried up; he wants to take a step to overcome his fear. The trailer then cuts to SJ Suryah’s character, CI Daya, a merciless cop who unleashes his anger on people without a hint of mercy. When Priyanka Mohan, who plays a constable, asks another character why he is so brutal, the man replies that he directs his anger mostly at people born in Shokulapalam. He adds that being born in Shokulapalam is considered a crime by CI Daya.

The trailer showcases a series of shots of SJ Suryah’s character beating the people of the area. It then introduces Nani’s character, Surya, who comes to the rescue. However, there’s a catch: he has split personality disorder and only fights on Saturdays. The power-packed stunt sequences, coupled with stunning performances by the lead stars and Jakes Bejoy's thrilling background score, promise that the film is nothing short of a whistle-worthy action drama.

    SJ Suryah on Saripodhaa Sanivaram

In an earlier interview, actor SJ Suryah, who plays the antagonist in the film, revealed major details about Nani’s character Surya and delved deeper into the film’s premise. According to the actor, the film focuses on Nani’s character as a child, who struggled with anger issues, causing his mother to worry about his future. She wondered how to control someone like him, knowing that if she asked him to keep his temper in check, he might resist even more. To manage this, she suggested he express his anger only on one specific day of the week. He grew up with this idea and chose Saturday for a particular reason.
