One of the most iconic films that Bollywood has ever witnessed, Kal Ho Naa Ho turns 19 today. It is one film that continues to be re-watchable and relevant even after so many years. It was a combination of great performances, an epic love story, emotions and chartbuster hits which changed our lives. Celebrating the milestone, lead star Preity Zinta aka Naina shared a video of her favorite scene with our beloved Shah Rukh Khan , who won hearts as Aman. In this clip, Aman taught Naina and us to smile because-- “Jeeyo, khush raho, muskuraao.. kya pata kal ho naa ho.”
Along with this post, which left us with a smile on our face, Preity shared a special message. She wrote: “This is one of my favourite scenes from the film cuz multiple pages of dialogues were shot in One big take. Later a few close ups were added. This scene is all about gratitude & appreciating what we have in our present. This was my saddest happy film.” Karan Johar , who wrote the beautiful story, also remembered the happy memories he made on set with the team and his late producer father Yash Johar.
KJo shared unseen behind the scene snaps with a heartwarming caption, which read: “An entire lifetime of memories, in a heartbeat! This film gave so much more than just that - it gave me joy, unbreakable bonds, a different lens for story telling and of course - the last film set I could be on with my father. And for that, I will forever be grateful to this film! #19YearsOfKalHoNaaHo.”
