Antony Varghese's Pepe 13 now titled Daveed
Antony Varghese Pepe, who had a glorious outing with his 2023 superhit film RDX - Robert Dony Xavier, was last seen in Chaaver, which unfortunately tanked at the box office. But it looks like the actor is all set to mesmerize audiences with yet another intriguing drama. The actor’s upcoming film Pepe 13 is now officially titled Daveed. The actor took to his social media handles to unveil the new motion poster of the film and captioned it, “Get ready for a thrilling ride with 'Daveed: The Story of a Fighter.' Dive into Abu's world where every fight is a masterpiece and the one who fights is an artist. Stay tuned for the grand reveal!”
The new motion poster features Rome’s Colosseum and large figures of Roman soldiers. The entire motion poster showcases bits and pieces of Roman references, indicating that the upcoming film is set to be an action drama narrated against the backdrop of a period theme. According to the makers, the film is set to narrate the story of a fighter, with Antony playing the role of Abu. But that raises another question – Who is Daveed? Well, we may have to wait a little longer to find more answers to this question.
Although the actor’s previous film RDX was also an action drama, this film hints at a period theme, and we are intrigued to know more about the upcoming spectacle.
