Telugu superstar Pawan Kalyan's recent ascent to political power has caused numerous obstacles for his ongoing film projects, most notably Hari Hara Veera Mallu. This historical period drama has suffered prolonged delays and frequent interruptions. However, it seems the producers can finally heave a sigh of relief as Pawan is all set to resume shooting for Hari Hara Veera Mallu soon.

According to the production house, the filmmakers are preparing to shoot a major war sequence involving more than 400 stunt masters and junior artists. Pawan is expected to join the set within a few days to complete the last leg of production. Seasoned stunt choreographer Stunt Silva has been tasked with staging the action in this sequence.

The main crew of Hari Hara Veera Mallu has also undergone significant changes since the project began. Initially directed by Krish Jagarlamudi, who also wrote the screenplay, the film saw Krish step away due to other commitments arising from delays. The producers have since brought in young director Jyothi Krishna to handle the direction under Krish's supervision.

Cinematographer Gnana Shekar V.S. originally shot the movie, but the producers later hired Manoj Paramahamsa to complete the remaining portions. The film will feature music from Oscar-winning composer M.M. Keeravani.

Recently, the filmmakers also brought in seasoned Hindi actor Anupam Kher to play a key supporting role.

Hari Hara Veera Mallu is based on the legendary outlaw who led an armed rebellion against Mughal emperor Aurangzeb, with Bollywood star Bobby Deol portraying Aurangzeb. Pawan, who now holds the position of Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, is expected to allocate time to his other film projects before fully dedicating himself to his political career.
