    The wait is over! The trailer for Vishwak Sen’s upcoming film, Mechanic Rocky, has been released. The makers launched the trailer today, October 20, at a trailer launch event held in Hyderabad.

    Sharing the new trailer, the makers wrote, “Taking the masssss in you for a ride with #MechanicRocky. Trailer 1.0 Out Now!” Starring Vishwak Sen, Meenakshi Chaudhary, and Shraddha Srinath in key roles, the film is written and directed by Ravi Teja Mullapudi in his directorial debut.

    The trailer opens with Vishwak Sen’s character having a humorous conversation with his father, played by Naresh, about his career aspirations. Despite studying computer science, Vishwak’s character expresses an interest in pursuing civil engineering. His father suggests he become a car mechanic at their family garage. The trailer showcases Vishwak teaching Shraddha and Meenakshi’s characters how to drive, as well as his charming attempts to woo them. However, everything changes with the arrival of the antagonist, played by Sunil, who seems interested in buying Vishwak's father's car repair shop. The trailer then presents a mix of stylish stunt sequences and comedic moments, making it a perfect combo for a commercial entertainer. Watch the full trailer here:

    As announced earlier, Mechanic Rocky is set to hit the big screens on November 22, 2024. Initially, the film was planned for release on October 31, 2024, coinciding with Diwali. However, it has now been postponed to avoid clashing with other Diwali releases.

    According to sources, the film is reportedly based on real-life events involving people who exploit fake accidents and motor insurance claims for profit. In addition to the lead cast, the film also stars Naresh, Viva Harsha, Harshavardhan, and Roadies fame Raghu Ram in important roles.

    Bankrolled by Ram Talluri under the banner of SRT Entertainment, the music and background score for the film are composed by popular Malayalam composer Jakes Bejoy. Manoj Katasani handles the cinematography, while Anwar Ali is in charge of editing. The stunt sequences are choreographed by Supreme Sundar.
