Mechanic Rocky: Shraddha Srinath joins Vishwak Sen’s action-comedy flick | Check out the first-look poster

Telugu actor Vishwak Sen is all set to don a fun and thrilling avatar for his upcoming action-comedy entertainer Mechanic Rocky. The makers of the film recently revealed that Jersey-fame actress Shraddha Srinath will be playing the female lead. Taking to their social media handles, the makers have now unveiled the poster of her character.

Although details about her character are not mentioned, the new poster features the young talent in a chic, buttoned-up high-slit dress, complemented by long bangs and a fresh, natural makeup look. Overall, the new poster introduces a fresh look for the actress, who will be playing a key role alongside Meenakshi Chaudhary in the film.

Directed by debutant Ravi Teja Mullapudi, the upcoming film revolves around people cashing in on fake accidental and motor insurance claims, a scam that we have seen in real life. Earlier, on the special occasion of Vishwak Sen’s birthday, the makers had released the first-look poster of the actor, featuring him in a rugged avatar, giving a mischievous look while posing with a wrench and a cigarette.

Mechanic Rocky cast

The film will see Vishwak Sen and Meenakshi Choudhary as romantic interests, while Shraddha Srinath plays another interesting role. Ravi Teja Mullapudi, who has earlier worked as an assistant director in Tollywood, is making his debut as a writer-director with the film. Besides the lead cast, the movie will also feature Naresh, Viva Harsha, Harshavardhan, and Roadies Raghu Ram in prominent roles. 

On the technical front, popular Malayalam composer Jakes Bejoy has composed the original background music and soundtracks for Mechanic Rocky. Manoj Katasani handles the cinematography, while Anwar Ali is the editor. Stunt sequences for the movie have been choreographed by Supreme Sundar. Bankrolled by Ram Talluri, the film is gearing up for a grand theatrical release on October 31, 2024.
