Mareesan: Check out Fahadh Faasil’s birthday special poster from Vadivelu-starrer

As fans and celebrities celebrate the acclaimed actor Fahadh Faasil’s birthday, the makers of his upcoming Tamil film Maareesan took to their social media handles to share a special birthday poster of the actor from the film. Sharing the new post, the makers wrote, “Team #Maareesan wishes the phenomenal performer #FahadhFaasil a very Happy Birthday! #HBDFahadhFaasil.” The new poster features the actor sporting a checked shirt and smiling at the camera. His character is also seen carrying a backpack, further cementing the speculation that the film might be a road trip adventure drama.

More About Maareesan

Directed by Sudheesh Sankar, the upcoming film starring Maamannan duo Fahadh Faasil and Vadivelu marks their second collaboration. When the project was first announced, the makers shared a title poster featuring the head of a reindeer, seemingly carved on a road. At first glance, the film appears to be an intriguing road travel film. 

The movie’s announcement poster, unveiled on New Year’s Eve, also featured a road theme, hinting that the film would focus on a road travel story. Interestingly, the caption on the new poster reads, “The Hunt and The Hunter,” suggesting that the film will be an engaging road dramedy to watch out for! Unlike Maamannan, fans can expect a fresh and dynamic screen presence between lead actors Fahadh Faasil and Vadivelu.

The film is bankrolled by Super Good Films and marks their 100th production venture.

Maareesan cast and crew

Directed by Sudheesh Sankar, the makers had earlier begun shooting for the film and is currently in its production stage. The film’s technical team includes Yuvan Shankar Raja, who will be scoring the music, while Kalaiselvan Sivaji will handle the cinematography. The film’s editing will be managed by Sreejith Sarang.
