AI trend among Tamil composers
This new surprise has elevated the excitement surrounding the song among fans, who will get to hear the legendary artist’s voice once again. The trend of using AI began this year, with A.R. Rahman employing AI to recreate the voices of two late singers, Bamba Bakya and Shahul Hameed, for a song in Rajinikanth's Lal Salaam. Later, composer Yuvan Shankar Raja paid a special tribute to his late sister and singer Bhavatharini by incorporating her voice using Artificial Intelligence in the song 'Chinna Chinna Kangal' from the latest action thriller The Greatest of All Time.

Now, with Anirudh joining the bandwagon, we may have to wait patiently to see how this recreation has turned out!
For the unversed, the song title 'Manasilaayo' was popularized by Rajinikanth and Vinayakan, who used it as a punchline, 'Manasilaayo saare,' in their 2023 blockbuster film Jailer. The Malayalam word means 'Understood?'
