Maar Muntha Chod Chinta promo from Double iSmart out: Ram Pothineni promises an energetic peppy number

Ahead of the release of Ram Pothineni's most-awaited film Double iSmart, the makers have been consistently updating fans with musical promotions. In the latest update, they revealed that the second single from the film, titled ‘Maar Muntha Chod Chinta,’ will be released on July 16, 2024. Before releasing the full song, the makers have now dropped an energetic, peppy promo that has all the essence of a party number! The song, composed by Mani Sharma, has vocals by Rahul Sipligunj, Dhanunjay Seepana and Keerthana Sharma with lyrics penned by Kasarla Shyam.

The peppy promo gives us a glimpse into this foot-tapping dance number, featuring Ram Pothineni shaking a leg with Kavya Thapar. Check out the new promo here! 

 Earlier, the makers had released another fiery number titled ‘Steppamaar’ from the film. 

Double iSmart to have an Independence Day release!

 As reported earlier, the makers of the film are now gearing up for its theatrical release on August 15, 2024, this 77th Independence Day. Previously, Double iSmart was supposed to clash at the box office with Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2: The Rule. However, since the release of the Allu Arjun-starrer sequel has been pushed to a later date, Ram Pothineni’s film is now gearing up for a solo release. 

Double iSmart, the sequel to 2019 blockbuster

Directed by Puri Jagannadh, Double iSmart is the sequel to Ram and Puri Jagannadh's 2019 blockbuster hit, iSmart Shankar. Touted to be a science-fiction action drama, the first installment followed the story of an assassin who receives the memories of a slain police officer and is later tasked with helping the authorities on a murder case. 

For the sequel, Ram has undergone a massive physical transformation and will be sporting a stylish look. Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt is playing the antagonist in this movie. Kavya Thapar is the female lead, and the movie also stars Bani J, Ali, Getup Sreenu, Sayaji Shinde, Makrand Deshpande, and Temper Vamsi in key roles. 

Double iSmart will be released in theaters in multiple languages, including Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, and Kannada.
