Kishkindha Kaandam X review: Netizens praise Aisf Ali's latest as 'a must-watch thriller' in Malayalam cinema

Actor Asif Ali's latest film, Kishkindha Kaandam, hit cinemas on Thursday, perfectly timed with the Onam celebrations. Reuniting with director Dinjith Ayyathan, Asif steps into an investigative thriller after their previous courtroom drama Kakshi: Amminippilla. This new collaboration promises a gripping, nail-biting experience that has left audiences buzzing.

Based on the trailer, Kishkindha Kaandam revolves around a son’s struggle to confront his father's mysterious past. Asif Ali plays Ajaychandran, a government officer living peacefully in Kerala's picturesque countryside. His father, a respected retired army officer, has a hidden past that resurfaces, shattering their calm. When the police come to investigate, Ajaychandran’s father's secrets begin to unravel, placing the family under intense scrutiny.

Kishkindha Kaandam has opened to glowing reviews from moviegoers in Kerala. Many have dubbed it as "one of the best thrillers in Malayalam cinema."

Kishkindha Kaandam also stars Vijayaraghavan, and Aparna Balamurali.
