Kamal Haasan's Indian 2 will be clashing with Project K and Suriya 42 at the box office in 2024

Director Shankar's Indian 2 had to face multiple delays in its production the first due to the pandemic, followed by an accident on the sets, and finally over a dispute with the producers of the movie.
It was only after the success of Kamal Haasan 's Vikram, which went on to not only be one of the biggest hits of 2022 but also one of the biggest hits of the actor's career that Indian 2 found its second wind.
Kamal Hassan and the rest of the team are in Johannesburg, South Africa filming the movie, and production is expected to be completed by August.

Project K has a massive star cast, including the legendary Amitabh Bachchan , Deepika Padukone , and Disha Patani.
While plot details remain under wraps, we know that the movie is set in the future and will be set during a third World War.
The movie is produced by Vyjayanthi Movies, with a massive budget of 500 crores, and will have a mix of practical and visual effects.
As for Suriya 42, the movie was initially planned to be released in October but since production for the movie has not wrapped up and the movie will take time with post-production, the release of the movie has been pushed to 2024.
