Speaking of superstars, the latest celebrity to sing praises of Prabhas and Nag Ashwin’s film Kalki 2898 AD is none other than Telugu star Nagarjuna Akkineni.
The actor, who has constantly showed his support for the film since its inception, recently watched it on the big screens and has now taken to his social media handles to share his thoughts on the magnum opus.
Nagarjuna is in awe of Kamal Haasan as Supreme Yaskin
Taking to his social media handle, the actor penned a heartfelt note, praising the performances of the lead actors in Kalki 2898 AD. However, he was particularly awestruck by Kamal Haasan’s portrayal as Supreme Yaskin and eagerly awaits to see more of him in the sequel.
He wrote, “Congratulations to the team of Super duper #Kalki2898AD!! Naagi, you took us to another time and place, intertwining fiction with mythology and history so effortlessly!! Amit Ji, the original mass hero… Sir, you are on fire! Can’t wait to see Kamalji in the sequel… didn't get enough of him! Prabhas, you did it all over again!! Deepika Ji, you look ethereal and convincing as the divine mother!! And the rest of the team! Ashwini Dutt Garu, dear Sweety and Swapna, God bless you! Indian cinema has done it again!!”

Joining in the praise is Tamil superstar Rajinikanth, who recently hailed the film and expressed his excitement for the second part. He wrote, “Watched Kalki. WOW! What an epic movie! Director @nagashwin7 has taken Indian Cinema to a different level. Sandalwood’s Rocking Star Yash was also impressed by the Telugu sci-fi dystopian thriller and reviewed the film on his social media handles. “Kudos to the #Kalki2898AD team for creating a visually stunning spectacle! Kalki 2898 AD, directed by Nag Ashwin, stars Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Kamal Haasan, Amitabh Bachchan, Disha Patani, Anna Ben, Pasupathy, Shobana, Saswata Chatterjee, and Brahmanandam in key roles. The film also has prominent cameo appearances by Dulquer Salmaan, Mrunal Thakur, Vijay Deverakonda, Ram Gopal Verma, SS Rajamouli, Malavika Nair, and Krishnakumar Balasubramanian.
