Kalki 2898 AD - Bujji theme song out, Prabhas makes a stylish appearance | Watch here

Ahead of the release of the science fiction film Kalki 2898 AD, the makers of the film dropped an interesting theme song based on Bhairava’s (played by Prabhas) companion and droid vehicle Bujji. Titled Bujji Theme Music, the new theme song is composed by Santhosh Narayanan and showcases stunning visuals of the stylish vehicle, racing through sandy terrains.

The visuals from the new song have taken fans by surprise, who are amazed by the making of the track. The short theme song also features Prabhas, in his grand attire as Bhairava. Overall, the song has definitely created a lot of excitement among viewers who cannot wait to witness the cinematic masterpiece on big screens soon!

Deepika Padukone's role in Kalki 2898 AD

Although the makers of the film have been tight-lipped about the characters from the film, the latest sources have revealed that Deepika Padukone will essay an interesting role in Kalki 2898 AD. According to popular reports, the actress will be playing the role of the reincarnation of goddess Lakshmi, with her character named Padma in the movie. Although the information is yet to be confirmed by makers, the news has generated excitement among fans who are waiting to see what Nag Ashwin has created for the audience.

Kalki 2898 AD cast

Directed by Mahanati-fame director Nag Ashwin, Kalki 2898 AD is slated to have a worldwide release on June 27, 2024. The film will have Prabhas playing the role of Bhairava, who is the alter-ego of the Kalki avatar. Amitabh Bachchan is set to appear in the role of the immortal Ashwatthama in Kalki 2898 AD, while Deepika Padukone is reportedly essaying the role of Padma in the movie.  

On the technical front, the film camera work is handled by Djordje Stojiljkovic, while editing is carried out by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao. Santhosh Narayanan serves as the music composer, and the movie is bankrolled under Vyjayanthi Movies.
