Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali: Aayush Sharma walked out of Salman Khan’s film because he wanted more dialogues?
The real reason why Aayush Sharma decided to opt out of his brother-in-law Salman Khan’s film has been revealed. He apparently felt that the character did not add on to his growth graph after the success of Antim.
One of Salman Khan ’s upcoming films which have constantly been in the news is Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali. First there was excitement about the superstar’s pairing with Pooja Hegde followed by Shehnaaz Gill ’s big Bollywood debut and addition to the star cast. But lately the reports which have been doing the rounds are regarding Aayush Sharma ’s exit from the project. He apparently walked out of his brother-in-law’s film due to creative differences with director Farhad Samji and has now been replaced by Jassie Gill .
Jassie Gill replaces Aayush Sharma in Salman Khan led Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali , actor to romance Shehnaaz Gill in the movie.
Well, the latest report shared by ETimes has now shed light on these ‘creative differences’ because of which Aayush turned down the offer of playing Salman’s on-screen brother. After Antim: The Final Truth , which was his last film with the superstar, Aayush made a lasting impact on fans with his versatile performance as gangster Rahuliya. So he reportedly wanted more dialogues than just screen presence in Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali, because he felt that the character did not add on to his growth as an actor.
He apparently spoke to Salman as well as the director but the latter did not want to make too many modifications to his script. So Aayush decided to ‘gracefully’ make an exit and continues to be on good terms with his brother-in-law Salman. As they say, all’s well that ends well. We will now see Jassie opposite Shehnaaz in Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali instead of Aayush. Meanwhile buzz suggests that Salman’s other on-screen brother Zaheer Iqbal, who also walked out of the film sometime back, has been replaced by Siddharth Nigam.
Well, we hope the team officially announces the star cast soon!
