Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali: Aayush Sharma and Zaheer Iqbal walk out of the film, Salman Khan busy finding replacements?

Salman Khan ’s ongoing production Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali is once again in trouble due to its cast. The movie which has made a series of new additions before going on floors earlier this month, now seems to have lost actors Aayush Sharma and Zaheer Iqbal.

The two actors who were reportedly playing Salman’s brothers in the movie are said to have opted out of the project. Aayush who was originally a part of the film’s cast had first allegedly opted out the film after the success of Antim: The Final Truth when it was said he’s looking for meatier roles to play.

Aayush then announced his casting for Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali himself in April 2022 and is now said to have walked out of the film due to creative differences with Salman Khan Films. Aayush had already begun shooting for his portions according to Bollywood Hungama report. Zaheer Iqbal followed him out of the project reported another major publication.

The reports also claims that not only has the release date of Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali been pushed, but the makers are already busy approaching actors to replace the two they have lost. Salman Khan’s Maine Pyaar Kiya co-star Bhagyashee’s son Abhimanyu Dasani is said to be one of the actors who has been approached while Jaaved Jaffrey’s son Meezan is also said to be among the names being considered.

Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali stars Salman Khan and Pooja Hegde in the lead and Bigg Boss 13 fame Shehnaaz Gill has also been roped in by the superstar for a role.

Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali went on floors this month in Film City, Mumbai and Salman had shared his rather intriguing first look from the movie as well.

The project is currently expected in cinemas in December 2022 but if it is indeed delayed then a new release date announcement could be on the horizon.
