Jugjugg Jeeyo: Fans review Varun, Kiara, Anil and Neetu’s film after special screening; call it ‘easy to connect with’

The past few years have been quite difficult for not just our country but the entire world, due to the coronavirus pandemic. In such tough times, a film which promises to tickle your funny bone and gives you a chance to forget all your worries is welcomed with open arms. Karan Johar ’s Jugjugg Jeeyo is one such comedy, which is all set to arrive in theatres this week. Ahead of the release, lead stars Varun Dhawan , Kiara Advani , Neetu Kapoor, Anil Kapoor and Maniesh Paul recently hosted a special screening for fans in Delhi.

KJo took to his official social media handle to share a glimpse of the event, where audiences gave their honest first review about the multi-starrer. The clip begins with Varun saying, “This is our family and because you guys have watched it, we just want to know aap logo ko laga kya?” While one fan stated that the film is far better than being a ‘one-time watch’, another lauded makers for showing the female perspective in the story. Meanwhile, another member from the audience shared that Jugjugg Jeeyo is easy to connect with for viewers.

Many others praised the comedy, Maniesh’s performance, Anil ji’s energy and also pointed out that the film beautifully captures emotions and family values. Well, we are sure after hearing these reviews other fans can’t wait to watch Jugjugg Jeeyo on the silver screen on 24th June. The film follows the story of Varun and Kiara aka Kukoo and Nainaa, an unhappily married couple heading for divorce who are unable to share their truth with the former’s parents Bheem and Geeta, portrayed by Anil and Neetu.
