Following the success of Pushpa, Telugu superstar Allu Arjun has become extremely selective when it comes to script choices. The actor, who is currently gearing up for the release of Pushpa 2: The Rule, has reportedly greenlit his project with Trivikram after his next release.

According to sources, Allu Arjun has been choosy with his film choices. Unfortunately, due to various factors, he reportedly decided to step away from Atlee's project. He is now in discussions with Trivikram. If things go well, it will be their fourth collaboration. If sources are to be believed, the project is expected to be one of his most expensive films to date. For the unversed, Allu Arjun and Trivikram have worked on hit films such as Julayi (2012), S/O Satyamurthy (2015), and Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo (2020).

At a promotional event, Vas revealed that the highly anticipated project between Allu Arjun and Trivikram is set to be a 'visual spectacle.' He mentioned, “This is a massive project requiring a year and a half of pre-production. Due to the high budget, Haarika Hassine and Geetha Arts will need to approach financiers for support.”

Is Atlee’s fee the reason for Allu Arjun’s exit from the project?

As reported earlier, Allu Arjun was initially set to collaborate with Atlee. However, Atlee’s hefty remuneration appears to be the reason the project was shelved. According to reports, the Jawan director demanded a staggering fee of Rs 80 crore, which took producer Allu Aravind by surprise. Reportedly, Allu Arjun and Allu Aravind decided not to meet Atlee’s demands and opted out of the collaboration.
