Good Bad Ugly update: Ajith wraps first schedule of Adhik Ravichandran’s film, check out the latest photo of Thala!

As reported earlier, Thala Ajith is currently shooting for his upcoming film Good Bad Ugly, directed by Adhik Ravichandran. The actor, who began shooting the first schedule in Hyderabad, has now wrapped up this phase. According to reports, a song sequence and a high-octane action sequence were shot during this schedule. Dance choreographer Kalyan shared a photo of himself and Ajith from the sets on his social media handles. Check out the new pic here!

Premalu star Naslen to join Good Bad Ugly

Following the success of the romantic comedy Premalu, young talent Naslen has reportedly been roped in to play a significant role in the upcoming Ajith-starrer. Although an official confirmation is awaited, if the rumors are true, this crime comedy will mark the Malayalam star’s Kollywood debut.

Other rumored cast members of Good Bad Ugly

Apart from Naslen, Telugu actor Sunil is also said to be part of the film. The Telugu comedian, who received critical acclaim for his appearance in the Tamil blockbuster Jailer, has been making waves in Tamil cinema recently, making his involvement in the project very likely.

Although the team has yet to make an official announcement, it was earlier reported that actresses Simran and Meena have been cast in Good Bad Ugly. Simran, known for her performances with Ajith in hit films like Vaalee, Aval Varuvala, and Unnai Kodu Ennai Tharuven, is speculated to be teaming up with the actor again after a 24-year hiatus. Similarly, Meena, who has appeared alongside Ajith in movies such as Anantha Poongatre, Citizen, and Villain, will be reuniting with him after 22 years in Adhik's project.

Additionally, Tollywood's rising star Sree Leela is also rumored to be making her Tamil debut in this film, possibly playing the role of Ajith’s sister. The movie is produced by the Telugu giant Mythri Movie Makers, which suggests that the involvement of Telugu actors such as Sunil and Sree Leela is very likely.

It seems that Adhik is eyeing a pan-India release, which is why he is bringing in stars from other regional film industries.

The first-look poster of Ajith in Good Bad Ugly features him in three avatars, representing each word in the title. He is seen sporting a look akin to a Mexican gangster, with a slick salt-and-pepper hairstyle, a quirky multicolored shirt, tattooed arms, and large shades. The makers have also announced that the movie will hit the big screens worldwide during Pongal 2025.
