Game Changer: Thaman’s update on Ram Charan-starrer’s teaser upsets fans, here’s why

Ram Charan’s long-delayed film Game Changer has fans eagerly awaiting its big release. However, the latest update from music composer S. Thaman has upset some fans. The composer, who has lately been dropping updates about the film, replied to a fan page’s comment asking for a teaser release update.

For context, the composer teased fans by stating that, following the blockbuster reception of the second single, Raa Macha Macha, another song is on the way. However, a fan page of Ram Charan who demanded the makers to release the teaser, tweeted, “Teaser first, songs next... make it crystal clear to the team, Thaman Garu!” to which Thaman responded with a lengthy explanation.

The popular composer acknowledged the fans' anticipation but explained that Game Changer is a large-scale project with extensive post-production work being done to ensure high-quality results. He mentioned that the release of teasers and content updates was being carefully timed, which could cause some delays. However, he promised fans that if the teaser missed the Dussehra timeline, they could expect a grand Diwali surprise.

“Bro @TweetRamCharan WE understand. But the film is so huge, and the post-production activities are on a larger scale to ensure uncompromising output. These teasers and content releases are causing delays. If we miss the flow for Dussehra, there will be a Diwali blast for sure. We also want to hit this OUT OF THE PARK. Let’s all stay positive about it. I’m here for you guys and for OUR #GameChanger. All we need right now is unity and support. Hope you guys understand this.”

According to the composer, the third single will be unveiled on October 30th. Thaman also confirmed that the movie will still be released in December. However, the decision to postpone the teaser has upset many fans. Expressing disappointment over the postponement, one user commented, "Last time When a #GameChanger Update Postponed it took 6 months to get released. Drop Your bets this time How many months it will take for #GameChangerTeaser to get released !"
