Fukrey 3 Trailer: Pulkit Samrat, Richa Chadha and Varun Sharma starrer tickles your funny bone but the spark is missing

The much-awaited trailer of Fukrey 3 has finally been released. The movie has the original star cast comprising Varun Sharma, Pulkit Samrat, Richa Chadha, Manjot Singh, and Pankaj Tripathi minus Ali Fazal who unfortunately could not come on board due to an issue with the dates. While we definitely felt the spark missing from the trailer as compared to the first two films, nevertheless it manages to tickle your funny bone.

Talking about the same, the trailer shows the return of Hunny and Choocha who decide to run for election against Bholi Panjaban to protect the citizens of Delhi. They are assisted by Pandit Ji and Lali on their quest to lock horns with Bholi. The comedy of errors that comes through during this face-off forms the main crux of the movie. Meanwhile, the trailer has many elements of tongue-in-cheek humor and gags but somehow the spark of the original two franchises is missing. We also fiercely miss Ali Fazal who was an integral part of the franchise. The fans also had mixed reactions to the same.

One of the fans stated, “Maza nahi aaya.” While another netizen added, “Not the old vibes! But let's see them in the cinema.” A user furthermore added, “Thanda trailer” while a netizen said, “Some Fukrapan is Missing.” Another user went on to say, “Legend is missing Ali Fazal.” A netizen further went on to say, “where is Ali Fazal?? Without him it feels something missing.” Another fan expressed missing Ali Fazal in the film and said, “Ali bhai kaha gye isme se, bina Ali Fazal k kya maja ayega.”

Fukrey 3 will be released into the theatres on September 28, 2023. The movie has been helmed by Mrighdeep Singh Lamba. The movie was produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani.
