Dhruv Vikram set to collaborate with RX 100 director Ajay Bhupathi? Here’s what we know

Dhruv Vikram is undoubtedly one of the most sought-after young talents in Kollywood today. The actor, who is currently shooting for Mari Selvaraj’s directorial Bison, is likely to collaborate with RX 100 fame Telugu director Ajay Bhupathi for his next project.

According to sources, the film is set to be made on a massive budget and is expected to be a bilingual project in both Telugu and Tamil. Although discussions are still underway regarding the project, an official announcement is expected very soon.

Meanwhile, Dhruv Vikram is busy shooting for his highly anticipated project with acclaimed director Mari Selvaraj. Touted as a sports drama, the film will feature Dhruv in the role of a kabaddi player. Earlier, on the occasion of Dhruv’s birthday, the makers unveiled a fierce poster of him holding a giant bison headpiece. The intriguing poster captured the hearts of fans, who are eagerly awaiting this dream collaboration between the actor-director duo on the big screen.

Apart from Dhruv Vikram, Anupama Parameswaran plays the female lead. The film also stars Rajisha Vijayan, Lal, Pasupathy, Kalaiyarasan, Hari Krishnan, Azhagam Perumal, and Aruvi Madhan in key roles. The movie is jointly produced by Applause Entertainment and Pa Ranjith’s home banner, Neelam Studio. On the technical side, the film features an original background score and soundtracks composed by Nivas K. Prasanna, with Ezhil Arasu as the cinematographer and Sakthikumar as the editor.

Meanwhile, director Ajay Bhupathi, who recently helmed the psychological drama Mangalavaaram, gained critical acclaim with his debut film RX 100. Following the success of Mangalavaaram, the director announced a sequel, which he is currently working on. Reports suggest that a top Bollywood production house is set to produce the sequel to the psychological drama.
