Telugu action star Ravi Teja is on roll, with yesterday's reveal of his first look from the upcoming action movie Waltair Veerayy, in which he will be sharing the screen with Chiranjeevi.

And today he follows that up with the reveal that his upcoming action-comedy movie Dhamaka has cleared the Censor Board with a U/A certificate.

In a recent Twitter post, Ravi Teja did announce that fans can expect to watch the first trailer for Dhamaka this Friday(December 15th), a week ahead of its theatrical release.

The movie has a runtime of 2 hours and 10 minutes and is directed by Trinadha Rao Nakkina, marking the first collaboration between the director and the actor.

The director's last movie was the 2019 romantic drama Iddari Lokam Okate which stared Raj Tarun and Shalini Pandey and was a success at the box office.

Ravi Teja fans are expecting the actor to end the year with a bang and have high hopes for Dhamaka, especially since his last movie Ramarao on Duty was panned by critics and failed to make an impact at the box office.

Dhamaka has an impressive ensemble cast that includes Sree Leela, Jayaram, Sachin Khedekar, Tanikella Bharani, Rao Ramesh, Chirag Jani, Ali, Praveen, Hyper Aadi, Pavitra Lokesh, Tulasi, and Rajshree Nair.

Music director Bheems Ceciroleo has composed the songs for the movie with the first ow tracks 'Jinthaak' and 'Mass Raja' having been released earlier this year to positive reactions from fans.

Karthik Gattamneni handled the cinematography for Dhamaka with Prawin Pudi in charge of the editing. While the plot of the movie remains under wraps it has been described as a masala entertainer for the whole family.

Currently, Ravi Teja is busy with the shoots of his three upcoming projects which are Tiger Nageswara Rao, Ravanasura, and the untitled project with Karthik Gattamneni.

Dhamaka will be hitting the big screen on December 23.
