Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh introduce daughter Dua to paparazzi in a special meet and greet; PICS go viral

Bollywood's IT couple, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh welcomed their first child, a daughter in September this year. On the auspicious occasion of Diwali, the new parents in town revealed the name of their daughter on social media. Deepika and Ranveer have named their little bundle of joy, Dua Padukone Singh. On Monday, December 23, the couple hosted a special meet and greet for the paparazzi and introduced Dua. Reportedly, they also requested photographers to refrain from taking photos of their daughter.

A while ago, the internet was flooded with several pictures and videos from Ranveer and Deepika's informal meet-and-greet event. They invited the photographers to meet their daughter Dua. It is being said that the informal session was hosted at the couple's building’s clubhouse. The reports also suggest that Ranveer spoke about his 'Laxmi' and expressed his excitement. He even requested the paps to not click her pictures. Post meeting with the little one, the paparazzi clicked selfies with Deepika and Ranveer. 

In the viral pictures and videos, Ranveer, who is currently busy with Aditya Dhar's untitled next, is seen sporting an all-white attire while mama Deepika looked lovely in a beige gown. Have a look:

Soon after the pictures and videos went viral on the internet, fans of the couple were seen gushing over them. They even expressed their wish to see Dua's pictures. A fan wrote, "Will they show us." Another fan wrote, "Dua’s mom & dad are glowing & how. Touchwood." Others were seen dropping red hearts and evil eye emojis. 

Meanwhile, On Diwali, Deepika and Ranveer shared a tiny glimpse of baby Dua as they revealed their name. The post read, "Dua Padukone Singh | दुआ पादुकोण सिंह ‘Dua’ : meaning a Prayer. Because She is the Answer to our Prayers. Our hearts are filled with Love & Gratitude. Deepika & Ranveer." 

On the work front, Deepika and Ranveer were seen in Rohit Shetty's Singham Again starring Ajay Devgn and Kareena Kapoor Khan. Next, Deepika will be seen in the sequel of Kalki 2898 AD while Ranveer has Aditya Dhar's next in the pipeline.
