Brahmāstra: Alia Bhatt and team introduce Nagarjuna as Artist Anish, who has the strength of a 1000 Nandi’s

Brahmāstra is undoubtedly one of the most talked about and awaited films of the year and there are several reasons behind this-- it marks husband and wife Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt ’s first film together, it is being helmed by ace filmmaker Ayan Mukerji and features mega stars like Amitabh Bachchan and Nagarjuna Akkineni in the lead while television’s Naagin Mouni Roy is the antagonist. Well, fans had already been blessed with glimpses of Shiva and Isha with teasers and the romantic track Kesariya . But the impressive first look of Big B as Guru was unveiled a day ago.

The team had shared, “गुरू है गंगा ज्ञान की । काटे भाव का पाश, गुरू उठा ले अस्त्र जब । करे पाप का नाश Here comes GURU. BRAHMĀSTRA TRAILER OUT ON JUNE 15TH.” Well much to our delight, Alia and the makers of the fantasy adventure film have now introduced us to another pivotal character-- Artist Anish played by Nagarjuna. In the majestic motion poster, we see the superstar glaring at us with his powerful eyes and electric streaks of blue around his fist.

In the caption below, the actress shared, “सहस्र नंदी हैं भुजबल जाके, अंधकार भी थर थर कांपे. हाथों में जिसके है हज़ारों नंदियों का बल. With the strength of a 1000 Nandi’s, meet Anish the Artist.” These marvelous first look posters have successfully left fans eagerly waiting for the trailer. The first in a planned trilogy, Brahmāstra – Part One: Shiva will arrive on the silver screen on 9th September this year. We desperately hope it’s as good as most fans think it will be, because expectations are skyrocketing!
