Black Trailer OUT: Jiiva and Priya Bhavani Shankar get trapped in a haunted house filled with spooks and lies

After much anticipation, the makers of Jiiva’s upcoming film Black unveiled the intriguing trailer today, September 25. Directed by Balasubramani KG, the film stars Jiiva and Priya Bhavani Shankar in the lead roles.

Actor Arya officially launched the trailer on social media. The post read, "Happy to present the awestruck #BLACK trailer. Wishing great success to darling @JiivaOfficial, @priya_Bshankar & the entire team.” Priya Bhavani Shankar, who mesmerized audiences with her stellar performance in the recent blockbuster Demonte Colony 2, is all set to shine in yet another horror thriller. Black marks the maiden collaboration between Jiiva and Priya Bhavani Shankar.

The trailer opens with a carefree Jiiva, who is married to Priya Bhavani Shankar’s character. The clip shows his wife advising him to move to a new place. The couple relocates to a newly constructed gated community and becomes the first family to occupy one of the houses. However, things take a dark turn when they begin to experience paranormal activities in their surroundings. They end up believing that they have been trapped by someone. The trailer then hints at the couple's efforts to escape from the secluded community. Although the film centers on events occurring in one night, the trailer suggests it offers more than just a typical horror storyline.
