After teasing fans with the intriguing first look, Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon have finally unveiled the trailer of their upcoming film, Bhediya.
After teasing fans with the intriguing first look, Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon have finally unveiled the trailer of their upcoming film, Bhediya. About a three-minute-long trailer begins with Varun lying on a bed while his voice from behind says that a wolf has bitten him. And Kriti Sanon’s voice tells him that the wolf may want to kill him. While a scene of a wolf running after Varun is shown next. In the turn of events, Varun starts behaving like the wolf and starts eating flesh while convincing his friends that he is fine. But towards the end, he reveals he struggling to behave like a human.
The trailer is filled with hilarious one-liners and punches. While Varun seems promising as a werewolf, Kriti looks pleasing as doctor Anika in the trailer. The film also stars Abhishek Banerjee and Deepak Dobriyal who adds the humour quotient to the movie. Sharing the trailer, Varun wrote, “स कहानी का नाम है #Bhediya!🐺🔥Presenting the official trailer of India’s first creature-comedy, Bhediya!In cinemas on 25th Nov in 2D & 3D.”
Earlier, Kriti shared her first look poster of herself from the film on Instagram, the actor wrote, "Meet Dr. Anika! Bhediya ki doctor! (Doctor of wolves) Humans, please visit at your own risk! Bhediya trailer howling tomorrow." In the poster, she sported a short hair look and posed with a huge syringe in her hand. While Varun and Kriti jointly shared the film poster with the caption that read, “Ab hoga Jungle mein Kand.” Take a look:
Directed by Amr Kaushik, Bhediya is part of producer Dinesh Vijan’s horror comedy universe. The film is inspired by legendary tales of Arunachal Pradesh and revolves around the story of a werewolf. The film marks Amar’s second venture with Dinesh after Stree while it marks the first collaboration of Varun with the producer. Also, Varun and Kriti are reuniting after their 2015 film Dilwale. The film is set to arrive in theatres on November 25, 2022.
