Bajrangi Bhaijaan 2 has been titled Pawan Putra Bhaijaan, reveals Salman Khan on his 56th birthday
Birthday boy Salman Khan officially announced the sequel to Bajrangi Bhaijaan last week at a pre-release event of RRR.
Earlier this week, Bollywood’s Bhaijaan Salman Khan joined filmmaker SS Rajamouli, Ram Charan, Jr NTR, Karan Johar and Alia Bhatt for a pre-release event of the much awaited film RRR in Mumbai. During an interaction with the media, the superstar opened up about the close bond he shares with the Baahubali director and his father K. V. Vijayendra Prasad, who wrote Bajrangi Bhaijaan. Salman went on to officially announce the sequel to his 2015 blockbuster, in which he played the role of Pawan Kumar Chaturvedi a.k.a. Bajrangi. Well, much to our delight, the actor has now revealed the title of the project.
Salman is currently at his Panvel farmhouse where he is celebrating his 56thbirthday today. On the special occasion, he spent some time with the paparazzi waiting outside his farmhouse last night. The superstar opened up about his snake bite, which had left his fans worried sick yesterday, and also spoke about his upcoming projects. When asked if he will be working with SS Rajamouli anytime soon, Salman replied that nothing is on the cards as of now. But he did reveal that his film with K. V. Vijayendra Prasad, the sequel to Bajrangi Bhaijaan, has been titled ‘ Pawan Putra Bhaijaan ’.
The superstar further shared that after his birthday break, he will return to work in January with his much awaited actioner Tiger 3. Salman then gave fans an update about another sequel-- No Entry 2. He revealed that the shoot will most probably begin soon after he completes Tiger 3. Other than these films, Bollywood’s Bhaijaan will headline Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali and will also be seen with Shah Rukh Khan in latter’s next project Pathan.
