The doctor, after thorough examination, tells Triptii’s character that it's a rare case of ‘heteropaternal superfecundation’. In this case, it means that, since two different eggs get fertilised in the same cycle, both Vicky Kaushal and Ammy Virk are fathers of Triptii's child!
