Animal: Anil Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor’s first look twinning in black as father-son goes viral from sets

Ranbir Kapoor made his big comeback on the silver screen with Shamshera last Friday, whereas Anil Kapoor has been busy soaring high on the success of his last release Jugjugg Jeeyo. Well, this week the two began shooting for their next film Animal in Delhi. Helmed by Kabir Singh director Sandeep Reddy Vanga , the much awaited gangster thriller also stars Bobby Deol and National crush Rashmika Mandanna in pivotal roles. Much to our delight, Ranbir and Anil’s first look from set has now gone viral.

That’s right! The two actors were shooting in the Pataudi Palace on Monday when a candid picture featuring them was leaked from set. This precious snap was shared on social media by make-up artist Anam Khan. Anil and Ranbir, who will reportedly be seen as father and son in the film, were twinning in black as they stood with what looks like their on-screen family. Ranbir was handsome as ever in a black turtleneck, sporting a clean-shaven look, while his on-screen father Anil reminded us of his quirky character in Dil Dhadakne Do .

This is the first time that the two are coming together for a film, and this exciting first look has definitely left us wanting more! Recently in an interview Anil revealed that his role in Animal is unusual and interesting. He had also shared that he really liked Kabir Singh, which is why he was looking forward to working with the director. Well, we can’t wait to see him and Ranbir shine on-screen together soon! Meanwhile, apart from Animal, Ranbir also has Brahmastra and Luv Ranjan’s untitled rom com in the pipeline at the moment.
