Anees Bazmee reacts to rumors of making No Entry Mein Entry without Salman Khan; adds ‘If he doesn't want to do it..’
It was recently reported that superstar Salman Khan has walked out of No Entry sequel No Entry Mein Entry and the film is now being made without him. Well, director Anees Bazmee has now broken his silence on the matter.
Last year on his birthday, Bollywood’s Bhaijaan Salman Khan not only announced Bajrangi Bhaijaan 2 but also shared an update on the sequel of No Entry . He had claimed that the shoot will begin soon after he completes Tiger 3. Last month director Anees Bazmee confirmed that Salman has loved the script of No Entry Mein Entry and will be coming together with Anil Kapoor and Fardeen Khan for the same. However, recent rumors suggested that due to a fallout with producer Boney Kapoor , Salman will not be a part of the film.
Apparently Salman left Boney irked when the actor demanded negative and intellectual property rights along with digital and satellite rights to the film. This was shocking but fans were also heartbroken because No Entry’s sequel without Salman did not sound as exciting. Well, Bazmee has now broken his silence on the matter. In a chat with ETimes, the director shared, “I'm reading about the No Entry Mein Entry speculations and all this is news to me.”
The filmmaker went on to add, “If Salman Bhai is willing to do the film, we will make it. If he doesn't want to do it, we will not do it. I am waiting for his call. Whenever I meet him I'll ask him what to do about the film.” Now all fans need is confirmation from Salman, who is currently busy with Bigg Boss 16 and the shooting of his upcoming action comedy Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan.
Salman has been quite busy in the last few months with back to back shooting schedules. Last week, he was down with dengue fever and was on bed rest for a few days. But post recovery, he jumped right back into work. Do you hope to see the superstar in No Entry Mein Entry?
