Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff cut down their fees by THIS much for Bade Miyan Chote Miyan
For the first time ever, Bollywood’s khiladi Akshay Kumar is all set to join hands with young action hero Tiger Shroff in Ali Abbas Zafar’s Bade Miyan Chote Miyan.
After winning hearts with his awesome camaraderie with Hrithik Roshan in War, handsome hunk Tiger Shroff announced that he is joining forces with Bollywood’s Khiladi Akshay Kumar for Bade Miyan Chote Miyan . Helmed by Ali Abbas Zafar, the film was touted to be the Biggest Action Entertainer of 2023. But last month when rumors suggested that the project was being shelved, it broke hearts. Buzz stated that it was because of the failure of Akshay and Tiger’s last releases Samrat Prithviraj and Heropanti 2.
It was also being said that while Akshay was charging a whopping amount of Rs. 144 crores, Tiger had come on board for Rs. 45 crores. Well, a report shared by Bollywood Hungama has now revealed that there is a change in the fee structure of the lead stars. A source was quoted saying, “While Akshay has cut down his fees by 50 percent and entered the hybrid model of working in profit sharing and upfront fees, Tiger and Ali too have reduced their remuneration by 20 to 35 percent. There is an overall reduction of approximately Rs. 100 crores from the 3 talents and this has made the film a viable venture.”
But that’s not all! Another source claimed that the original fees of the actors was just a rumor. The source explained that the film was going to be put on the backburner but the reason was something else. Well, no matter what the reason was, we are glad the film is back on track.
