Not only that but Tabu who also stars in the film has broken her own record of her previous 2022 hit Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 in terms of the box office. The movie, Drishyam 2 beats Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, which also starred Tabu in a key role, which earned over Rs. 14 crores on its opening day and went on to cross Rs. 185 crores at the box office during its theatrical run.
Drishyam 2, in fact, also beats the mega opening of Ajay’s pre-covid mega release Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior as well, by a small margin.
