After Fighter, Hrithik Roshan gears up to be in Kabir’s shoes again for War 2; calls Krrish 4 a difficult film

The Greek God of Bollywood, Hrithik Roshan is currently soaring high on the success of his recently released film Fighter. After a slow yet steady graph on the box office, the Siddharth Anand directorial finally entered the Rs 100 crore club on day four post release. This time Hrithik won hearts as Indian Air Force Officer, Squadron Leader Shamsher Pathania aka Patty. Well, now that Fighter is out in theatres, fans are eagerly waiting for news on the superstar’s next film War 2. Much to our delight, Hrithik has broken his silence on making a comeback to silver screens as Major Kabir Dhaliwal.

In the post credit scene of Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif’s tiger 3, we were reintroduced to Hrithik as Kabir, a RAW agent who went rogue in the 2019 film War. He had a bloodied face right after a deadly brawl, and left us in awe of his smirk in the end. Talking about War 2 to Pinkvilla, Hrithik shared, “Kabir has definitely left a mark. And getting into Kabir's boots is going to be fun because this time, my challenge is to show Kabir in a different light. A different aspect of him which is going to be interesting.”

That’s not all! Hrithik also shared an update on Krrish 4, which marks the fourth installment in the franchise after Koi... Mil Gaya, Krrish and Krrish 3. The handsome hunk explained that fans will have to wait for a little longer because the work is on but it is a difficult film. Currently the makers are looking into the business side and the script. He went on to add, “So, things are falling into place. I am smiling, I am happy, but long way to go still.”
