Yudhra: Malavika Mohanan reveals trailer release date of Siddhant Chaturvedi-starrer | Check out new poster

Actress Malavika Mohanan is about to make her big entry into Bollywood with a highly anticipated drama film titled Yudhra, alongside Siddhant Chaturvedi. Malavika shared the film’s new poster on social media revealing her character’s first look and name - Nikhat. She also revealed that the film’s trailer will be releasing on August 29 on social media.

Taking to Instagram, Malavika shared a new poster from her upcoming film Yudhra. The poster introduced Malavika’s character as Nikhat. The poster featured the actress wearing a black ensemble, paired with bold makeup and messy hair.

Revealing that the film’s trailer will be releasing on August 29, Malavika captioned the post, “Nikhat- The spark that ignites Yudhra’s soul. #YudhraTrailer releases on 29th August.”

Her Yudhra co-star Siddhant Chaturvedi commented on the post with a fire and red heart emoji. Phir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba actor Sunny Kaushal commented, “Woohooo.. let’s gooo.” Malavika’s fans appreciated the actress’ transformation and wrote, “Aaarathiii ......Nikhat what a transformation,” while another wrote, “Kick-ass.”

Earlier, actor Siddhant Chaturvedi had released the film’s first poster, featuring himself along with Malavika. He captioned the post, “Anger has a new name. #Yudhra coming to screens near you on 20th September.”

Helmed by director Ravi Udyawar, Yudhra will be releasing in theatres on September 20. Starring Siddhant Chaturvedi and Malavika Mohanan, Shilpa Shukla, Gajraj Rao, Ram Kapoor and others, Yudhra is produced by Excel Entertainment. While the film’s story and screenplay are written by Shridhar Raghavan, the music is composed by Shankar Ehsaan Loy.

Malavika and Siddhant Chaturvedi’s films

On the work front, Malavika was last seen in the Tamil film Thangalaan and played the role of Aarthi. She made her acting debut with the 2013 film Pattam Pole.

Siddhant Chaturvedi, on the other hand, was last seen in the film Kho Gaye Hum Kahan, alongside actress Ananya Panday and actor Adarsh Gourav. The actor made his Hindi film debut with Ranveer Singh-starrer Gully Boy, after which he gained national fame. Siddhant will also be seen in Dhadak 2, alongside Triptii Dimri.
