Today on National Girl Child Day, the actor posted an unseen picture with Nysa and penned an encouraging note for her. She urged parents to work towards making the world a better place for their daughters.

    Taking to Instagram, the Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge actress wrote, “When you have a girl you always wonder what will the world throw at her? Will she be able to stand with her male counterparts and will the world support her.. on this day let’s make our girls strong enough to stand up for themselves regardless of the world and do our best to make this world a place where even their daughters will thrive.. let’s work towards that.” She also mentioned that the picture was shot by her son Yug Devgn. In the picture, Nysa wore a pink lehenga, while Kajol slayed in a golden saree.
