The trailer begins with Varun Sharma, who plays the role of Rajesh Khanna, looking through a hole and later voices his intentions of going on a ‘break-up trip.’ He says, “Puri baraat ke samne, sare gharwalo ke samne, gjodi ke samne, uske muh par ja ke bolunga I am over you (I will speak in front of her baraat, her family that I am over her).”

The trailer then cuts to introduce the second group member called Maan Arora (played by Sunny Singh) who is a womaniser. The third group member is Gaurav Jain (played by Jassie Gill) who gets married after being threatened by his father.

The last group member, played by Manjot Singh, is Honey Singh who is proud, obnoxious and seems very rich. He is introduced as a person who takes his pride seriously and can’t see his father’s moustache drooping, even in a painting. After Rajesh realises that his former girlfriend is cheating on him, he and his friends decide to go to her house where she is getting married. In the car, Rajesh said, “jab mein usse I am over you bolunga toh peeche se dhol bajne chahiye dhak chik (there should be beats of dhol playing in the background when I tell her I am over her).”

The further plotline of the film showcases the adventures that these friends overcome in their journey. In the process they also get wrongfully accused of stealing a gangster’s drugs, creating further chaos in the film.
