Post doing the rituals, a lot of them took to social media and shared pictures and videos from their celebration. Actor Vikrant Massey and his wife Sheetal Thakur also celebrated the occasion. On October 21, the new daddy in town took to Instagram and shared beautiful pictures with his wife. The couple is seen performing the ritual on the terrace. Vikrant Massey's heartfelt gesture on Karwa Chauth

Taking to Instagram, Vikrant shared pictures of himself and his wife celebrating Karwa Chauth and he captioned the post, “Ghar.” To celebrate the occasion, Vikrant opted for a minimal white kurta pajama, topped with a brown vest and a messy hairdo while Sheetal looked elegant in a bright pink saree, teamed with pink bangles and gold earrings.

In the first picture, Sheetal is looking at Vikrant through a sieve with the moon in the backdrop. She then finishes the ritual of Karwa Chauth by touching Vikrant's feet, in the second picture. The third picture features Vikrant doing the same to Sheetal while breaking the usual norm. The last picture features Vikrant breaking Sheetal’s fast by making her drink water.

For those unaware, the gesture of touching your partner’s feet is usually done by married women for their husbands on Karwa Chauth.

The gesture of Vikrant touching Sheetal’s feet was caught by many of his fans and friends from the industry who appreciated him in the comments section. Actress Sumona Chakravarti wrote, “3rd Picture – best @yusufeye dekha ????” A user wrote, “I was ready with my feminist rant but saw the third photo - beautiful!” “So this is how true love looks like,” added another user.

Vikrant also shared a mirror selfie with his son, whose face was covered with an emoji.

After getting engaged in 2019, the couple tied the knot in 2022 in an intimate wedding ceremony. The couple welcomed their first child, a baby boy named Vardaan on February 7, 2024. The couple has not yet unveiled their son’s face on social media.
