Vijay Deverakonda hates being the ‘cheese’, miffed with Karan Johar over KWK episode?

Well, trust Karan Johar ’s gossip-heavy chat show Koffee With Karan 7 to always stir up some drama or controversy after a particular episode. Now, it seems that Vijay Deverakonda who made his debut on the show this season and was a little too much the topic of discussion on Sara Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor ’s episode of the show is miffed with KJo. Yes, you heard that right! Vijay is reportedly disappointed with Karan for making him synonymous with the word ‘cheese’ which Sara and Janhvi had called him on their episode of the chat show.

According to a news report in BollywoodLife, Vijay Deverakonda is not happy with him being associated with a flirtatious connotation like ‘cheese’ after Koffee With Karan. Recently, the Arjun Reddy actor was spotted at the airport wherein one of the paparazzi joked that even they liked ‘cheese.’ If one notices the actor’s expression, he was clearly not amused by the same. However, contrary to the above reports, a source close to Vijay Deverakonda also rubbished these reports. The publication quoted the source to reveal, “Vijay is extremely in love with all the attention he is getting and is only thankful to his mentor Karan Johar for everything.” The source furthermore went on to say that the Dear Comrade actor is full of gratitude to Karan Johar for helping him establish a strong foothold in Bollywood through his film Liger.

For the unversed, it all began after Sara Ali Khan declared that she would like to date Vijay Deverakonda and in a fun banter, both she and Janhvi Kapoor started referring to the actor as ‘cheese.’ Vijay’s Liger co-star Ananya Panday also said she would like to be a part of this ‘cheese platter.’ Well, surely the recent episodes of Koffee With Karan 7 stirred up their own series of drama.
