The much-awaited trailer of Anupam Kher starrer Vijay 69 just got dropped, wherein he shows what being young at heart is all about!

If the term ‘Age is just a number’ had a face, then, it has to be that of the one and only Anupam Kher. Even at this age, he is still raring to go and conquer the world… the world of cinema. As he rightly (always) says, ‘Kuch Bhi Ho Sakta Hai’. At the age of 27 years, he managed to do the central lead in Saaraansh. And even at his present age, he is still working as a leading man!
His latest offering to the world of cinema is a film that’s full of life and is called ‘Vijay 69’, whose trailer got dropped today. The ‘full of life’ trailer starts off with the introduction of Vijay, an old man … we mean… angry old man, who will not take no for an answer. His zest and zeal for life is good enough to put any young man to utter shame.
One fine day, he starts searching the length and breadth of the internet to find an idea that will make his life worthwhile and will also have people tell, ‘Waah! Vijay ne kya idea kar dikhaaya!”. When asked about his ‘idea’, Vijay reveals that he will be taking part in the triathlon … and that too at the age of 69!
He wishes to complete a triathlon at the age of 69 years and create a new record in India! His master strategy of the triathlon includes 1.5 kilometres of swimming, 40 kilometres of cycling and 10 kilometres of running!
And when the idea of Vijay planning to participate in the triathlon reaches his friends, all of them start making fun of him and start laughing their hearts out! But, not the one to be buoyed down by the criticism, Vijay then starts his rigorous preparations to participate in the triathlon! That’s when one of his well-wisher friends suggests he hire a coach to train him as training single handed would lead him to death!
Thereafter starts the strenuous training of Vijay, which garners extreme criticism from his family members as well! It is amidst the training; he falls down on the round and lands up in the hospital. This also led to him being disqualified from participating in the triathlon! Post which, he tries his level best to convince the panel to select him! After all, dreams … do not have an expiry date!
