Vidaa Muyarchi update: Here’s when the final schedule of the Ajith-starrer will begin!

Vidaa Muyarchi has been one of the most delayed projects in Tamil cinema, and it is currently in its production stage. However, according to the latest reports, the Ajith Kumar film will resume its final schedule from June 20. It is said that Thala Ajith will complete his first schedule for director Adhik Ravichandran’s upcoming film, Good, Bad, and Ugly, before heading back. As per reports, Ajith and leading lady Trisha will fly to Azerbaijan for the final schedule after June 20. As of now, 80 percent of the production has been completed, with only the last schedule pending.

It is also noteworthy that no key updates regarding the first look or poster from the film have been shared so far, as the makers are keen not to reveal any updates until the shooting is completely finished. This is no surprise, as Ajith has always been very particular about keeping the updates of his films under wraps until the shooting is finished. The actor is reportedly keen to follow the same pattern for Vidaa Muyarchi and all his upcoming films.

Vidaa Muyarchi to have a festive release?

As per the latest reports, the makers of the film are aiming for a Diwali release. Although an official confirmation is pending, given the shoot update, it looks like the makers are planning to wrap up filming soon and begin post-production work promptly. If things go as planned, Thala fans can expect to see their most anticipated action thriller on the big screens this Diwali season.

Vidaa Muyarchi OTT rights

Earlier, it was reported that the Ajith Kumar starrer’s OTT rights have been acquired by Netflix and will be available for streaming on the OTT giant post its theatrical run. Vidaa Muyarchi will become available for streaming on Netflix in Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam, besides its original Tamil version. The film's producers, Lyca Productions, also confirmed the news and shared their excitement about partnering with Netflix.

Vidaa Muyarchi: Cast and crew

Thala Ajith plays the lead role in Vidaa Muyarchi, with South Indian diva Trisha Krishnan as the female lead. The Magizh Thirumeni directorial also features senior actor Arjun Sarja, Regina Cassandra, and Arav in other pivotal roles. Anirudh Ravichander composed the songs and original score for the movie, while Nirav Shah is the cinematographer.
