Vicky Kaushal to reunite with Dinesh Vijan on massive film set against the backdrop of Indian Mythology?
According to the latest update, Vick Kaushal is all set to play the role of a mythological character in Dinesh Vijan’s upcoming film.

Bollywood actor Vicky Kaushal is one of the busiest celebrities in the industry working on multiple projects at the same time. While the actor is currently shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love & War with Ranbir Kapoor and has completed shooting for Laxman Utekar’s Chhaava, he is now reported to star in Dinesh Vijan’s upcoming film. According to the latest report, the Sam Bahadur actor will be essaying a character from Indian mythology in the film.

According to a report by Pinkvilla, Vicky Kaushal is all set to feature next in Dinesh Vijan’s feature film which is set against the backdrop of Indian Mythology. Interestingly, Vicky will be portraying a role from Indian mythology, and it will be one of the biggest films of the actor’s career.
“After Zara Hatke Zara Bachke and Chhaava, Vicky Kaushal and Dinesh Vijan are collaborating on something very big and special. It’s a massive feature film set against the backdrop of Indian Mythology. He will be playing one of the most pivotal characters from Indian Mythology, and all the stakeholders are charged up about the feature film,” the report stated.
It is also revealed that the untitled film will begin pre-production next year, 2025, and will mark one of the most ambitious films for both Maddock and Vicky Kaushal. “The film requires 6 to 8 months plus of prep before going on floors, and that begins in 2025,” the source revealed.
The report further suggested, “Dinesh Vijan is supremely confident on Chhaava, and is bowled over by Vicky’s performance in the film. The next project just reflects the faith they have in Chhaava.”

Recently, a picture of Vicky and Ranbir went viral on social media where the two were captured posing with fans at Bikaner’s Air Base Force as they prepped for Love & War. The reports reveal that the two actors will be part of the Indian Armed Force in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s epic film. The romantic drama film also features actress Alia Bhatt. The much-awaited film will hit theatres in March 2026.
