Urvashi Rautela sends out cryptic note after being embarrassed by Naseem Shah's 'dont know her' statement

A while ago, social media was flooded with memes on Urvashi Rautela and cricketer Rishabh Pant ’s rumoured relationship. And now a new name is being linked to the actress, and it is Pakistan bowler Naseem Shah after she posted an edited romantic reel with the cricketer. She shared a short clip of herself watching the India-Pakistan match from the Asia Cup 2022 and catching glimpses of Naseem as a romantic song plays in the background. The moment that video surfaced online, she was heavily trolled for trying too hard to get attention using cricketers’ names.

Even recently media also quizzed Naseem citing the viral video if he is dating her, to which he said, "Smile toh aapke question pe aa raha hai… mujhe toh pata hi nahi Urvashi kaun hai (I am smiling at your question. I don't know who Urvashi is). I only focus on my match. People usually send me videos but I have no idea. I have nothing special in me but I thank people who come to watch cricket and give a lot of respect." Embarrassed by Naseem’s statement, Urvashi has posted a note addressing the media on her Instagram stories. She clarified that her team shared a fan made cute edits without knowledge of other people involved in it. “Would kindly request media to not create any sorts of news. Thanking you all love you,” she added.

Earlier, Urvashi indirectly mentioned Rishabh in an interview with Bollywood Hungama. She made headlines after she claimed that the cricketer waited more than 10 hours for her. Soon after Rishabh responded to her statement with a caustic Instagram story that he promptly erased. He seemingly mocked the actress for making stuff up in interviews to gain attention in a now-deleted Instagram story in which he used the hashtag of “merapichchachordobehen”.
