Ullozhukku on OTT: Where to stream Urvashi, Parvathy Thiruvothu's family drama

The latest Malayalam movie, Ullozhukku, is all set to make its streaming debut soon. SimplySouth has confirmed that Ullozhukku will become available for streaming for its audiences soon. It's said that the film's OTT release may happen on August 2. However, an official confirmation is still awaited.

SimplySouth is not accessible to audiences in India. While the filmmakers have not yet revealed the film's domestic streaming partner, it's safe to assume that it might find a home on Amazon Prime Video. We will get clarity on this soon.

Ullozhukku, which means "undercurrent," opened in cinemas on June 21. It was a humble film, made on a small budget, but boasted a stellar star cast, including Urvashi and Parvathy Thiruvothu. As expected, the movie garnered a lot of critical acclaim but failed to make a dent at the box office.

Ullozhukku is written and directed by Christo Tomy, who is known for Netflix's documentary drama, Curry & Cyanide: The Jolly Joseph Case. The film revolves around two widows who find strength and purpose to live without the support of men.
