Tovino Thomas expresses his excitement for Vijay’s The GOAT - 'I envy the way Venkat Prabhu...’

Thalapathy Vijay’s highly anticipated film The Greatest of All Time is set to hit the big screens tomorrow (September 5). Ahead of its grand release, fans and celebrities are eagerly waiting to witness the spectacle in cinemas and have been pouring loads of love into the Venkat Prabhu directorial. Among the excited fans is Malayalam star Tovino Thomas, who is equally thrilled to watch the sci-fi actioner soon. The actor has been relentlessly promoting his upcoming Onam release, ARM - Ajayante Randam Moshanam, along with director Jithin Laal and actress Krithi Shetty.

During a promotional interview, when the cast members were asked about their expectations for the Vijay-starrer’s release, Tovino expressed his excitement for the grand release. The actor mentioned that he plans to watch the Vijay-starrer sci-fi action thriller first, and then his own film when it releases next week. “We are also going to watch The GOAT first. Later next week, let’s all go together to watch ARM,” the actor said enthusiastically. 

He also revealed his admiration for director Venkat Prabhu, saying that he enjoys watching the bloopers and behind-the-scenes videos of his films. Tovino also expressed his envy for the fun-filled atmosphere Venkat Prabhu creates during filming. “I am a huge fan of Venkat Prabhu sir. I love watching their bloopers and the way they work. I’ve even told him personally that I envy the way they happily work together with so much fun. And of course, I love his movies too. So, I’m expecting something extraordinary from The GOAT,” the actor revealed.

Director Jithin Laal, who was also present during the interview, shared his love for Thalapathy Vijay and expressed that he often looks forward to watching Vijay’s films on first-day-first-show. 

After the interview clip went viral, fans are now hoping to see Tovino Thomas collaborate with the Tamil director.
